By placing an order with Fumilayo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Each piece is designed and crafted with care, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

ORDERS

All items are made-to-order unless stated otherwise. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please ensure all details provided at checkout are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for errors in sizing, shipping information, or custom specifications.

PRODUCTION

Each garment is individually crafted. Standard production time is 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Specific production times are stated within each product description, and we kindly ask that you review this before placing your order.

For urgent requests, please contact us prior to ordering. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee expedited timelines.

DELAYS

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

SIZING

We offer standard sizing and, where specified, custom sizing options. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

We recommend consulting our size guide before purchasing. We are not liable for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-MEASURE

All custom or made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the design, measurements, and specifications discussed prior to production.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or custom pieces.

In the unlikely event of a fault or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and offer a resolution where appropriate.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

SHIPPING

We offer both UK and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
